For this course you will need a journal of some sort to do your daily practices. You can do it on a computer if you prefer but recommend writing if you can.

Overview of this course

2.) Start the video course beginning with Day #1

Watch the video each day to get that days assignment.
- You will then journal for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Go back and read everything you just wrote.
- Immediately follow with the Harmony Meditation
- Play with the that day's statement for the rest of the day

4.) Optional - Start your mornings with the water therapy instructions to support your body.

Water Therapy Instructions

The moment you wake up, before you brush your teeth, drink 1 to 1.5 liters or 35 to 50 ounces of clean water. Drink at a comfortable pace. You may have to work your way up to that amount.

Clean/brush your teeth soon and don’t eat or drink anything.

After 45 minutes, you can eat your breakfast.

After breakfast, take at least 45 minutes to 1 hour before you drink or eat anything.

Try to avoid or have very little liquid with the rest of your meals

5.) Additional Practices to play with during this program

1.) Choose 3 to 5 people that have been a part of your life that you have a problem with. This can be family, co-workers, politicians and anyone else that makes you tense up.  Your job is to find something beautiful in each one of them and write about it.  After that reread what you wrote and do the Harmony Meditation.

2.) Get a massage.  Either from a professional or your partner.  Your job is to really focus on feeling the touch and to keep practicing opening up and relaxing even more.

3.) With friends and/or your partner, practicing hugging for at least one minute or longer.  Your job is to really be aware of your body, your breath and your relaxation.  Practice opening up even more to the hug and the other person.
