1.) Journal for 15 to 20 minutes

Would you want to be in a relationship with you?

What are the gifts that you bring to your relationship?

Why would you want to be in a relationship with you?

What are the challenges you bring to your relationship?

Why would you Not want to be in a relationship with you?

Is it OK to fall in love with you?

2.) Go back and read everything you just wrote. Focus on feeling it and breathing deeply while you read.
