1.) Journal for 15 to 20 minutes

Are you willing to be rejected?

Notice how many areas you protect yourself from rejection in your relationships.

Does your partner or even someone you are interested in have permission to say no to you?

Are you willing to be let down or disappointed?

Are you willing to ask a questions that you are sure the answer will be no?

2.) Go back and read everything you just wrote. Focus on feeling it and breathing deeply while you read.
