1.) Journal for 15 to 20 minutes

What is your relationship to sexuality?

Are you comfortable with it?

Are you willing to be totally open sexually?

Do you control or suppress your sexual energy?

What would your ideal relationship to your sexuality be?

2.) Go back and read everything you just wrote. Focus on feeling it and breathing deeply while you read.

Statements for today

Write these down and bring these statements with you today. Repeat them throughout the day to feel and breathe into whatever they bring up in you. You can change the wording so that it makes more sense with your topic.

I am willing to let go of the control of my sexuality.

I am willing to be too much sexual energy for those around me.

Remember to drink lots of water.
