1.) Journal for 15 to 20 minutes
What is your experience with break-ups or the ending of a relationship?
Are they easy or difficult for you?
Do you get ready for them when you see them coming?
Have you worried that your partner was thinking about breaking up?
Have you ever stayed in a relationship too long because you didn’t know how to end it?
Do you try to protect the other person’s feelings?
Can you still be friends after?
2.) Go back and read everything you just wrote. Focus on feeling it and breathing deeply while you read.
