1.) Journal for 15 to 20 minutes

What do you Not want your partner to know or see about you?

Do you have the belief that if someone really knew you, they’d leave?

Do you feel like you have to hide who you really are sometimes?

Do you have secrets that you refuse to share?

Do you allow yourself to be fully open in your relationships?

2.) Go back and read everything you just wrote. Focus on feeling it and breathing deeply while you read.

Write these down and bring these statements with you today. Repeat them throughout the day to feel and breathe into whatever they bring up in you. You can change the wording so that it makes more sense with your topic.
