1.) Journal for 15 to 20 minutes

What do you lose or miss out on?

What has been your experience with compromise in your relationships?

Do you have to make yourself smaller to fit in the relationship?

2.) Go back and read everything you just wrote. Focus on feeling it and breathing deeply while you read.
