1.) Journal for 15 to 20 minutes

Are you willing to be in a relationship with someone that doesn’t need you?

Are you allowed to love your partner more than they love you?

Are you willing to be more committed than they are?

Is it safe if you are the one that is more invested than your partner?

This means they have the upper hand and they could leave you at any time?

2.) Go back and read everything you just wrote. Focus on feeling it and breathing deeply while you read.

Write these down and bring these statements with you today. Repeat them throughout the day to feel and breathe into whatever they bring up in you. You can change the wording so that it makes more sense with your topic.
