1.) Journal for 15 to 20 minutes

In relationships are you better at giving or receiving?

Would you rather be the giver or receiver?

Does a relationship need to be equal?

What is the balance or exchange in relationships for you?

Are you the one who contributes more or less to the relationship?

Is it a struggle to find a balance?

2.) Go back and read everything you just wrote. Focus on feeling it and breathing deeply while you read.
