1.) Journal for 15 to 20 minutes

What are you still holding on to from your past and/or current relationships?

Those things that you just can’t forget about and let go of?

Who do you still need to forgive from those relationships?

2.) Go back and read everything you just wrote. Focus on feeling it and breathing deeply while you read.
