1.) Journal for 15 to 20 minutes

What have you believed the roles of a man are in relationships?

What is the man supposed to be and do?

What have you believed the roles of a woman are in relationships?

What is the woman supposed to be and do?

Is it OK to break every one of those rules?

2.) Go back and read everything you just wrote. Focus on feeling it and breathing deeply while you read.
