Day #15 Exercises

1.) Journal for 15 to 20 minutes

Is it OK to be overly emotional in your relationships?

Or to completely fall apart in front of your partner?

Is it OK to make your partner uncomfortable?

Do you try to hold yourself together for your partner’s sake?

2.) Go back and read everything you just wrote. Focus on feeling it and breathing deeply while you read.
