1.) Journal for 15 to 20 minutes
How emotionally available are you in relationships?
Have your partners been emotionally available?
How vulnerable have you allowed yourself to be?
Do you avoid being fully committed to your relationships because it’s safer?
Do you withdraw when the relationship has more challenges?
2.) Go back and read everything you just wrote. Focus on feeling it and breathing deeply while you read.
