1.) Journal for 15 to 20 minutes
Write about what you would have done differently in your past and/or current relationships?
What are some of the past experiences you have had in relationships that you don’t want to have again?
Are you still protecting to make sure they don’t happen again?
2.) Go back and read everything you just wrote. Focus on feeling it and breathing deeply while you read.
