Do you notice any patterns about the typical person that you have dated or had a relationship with?
What are their qualities or challenges?
How did they treat you?
What do you like about them?
What do you dislike about them?
2.) Go back and read everything you just wrote. Focus on feeling it and breathing deeply while you read.
