2.)  Start the video course beginning with Day #1

Watch the video each day to get that days assignment.
- You will then journal for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Go back and read everything you just wrote.
- Immediately follow with the Harmony Meditation
- Play with the that day's statement for the rest of the day

Water Therapy Instructions

  • The moment you wake up, before you brush your teeth, drink 1 to 1.5 liters or 35 to 50 ounces of clean water.  Drink at a comfortable pace.  You may have to work your way up to that amount.

  • Clean/brush your teeth soon and don’t eat or drink anything.

  • After 45 minutes, you can eat your breakfast.

  • After breakfast, take at least 45 minutes to 1 hour before you drink or eat anything.

  • Try to avoid or have very little liquid with the rest of your meals
