1.)  Journal for 15 to 20 minutes

What if this isn’t as bad as you think it is?
What if it’s not wrong at all?
What if this isn’t a block but actually a gift that is trying to show you something?
What do you think it might be trying to show you?
How many times have you made something a bigger deal than it actually was?

2.)  Go back and read everything you just wrote.  Focus on feeling it and breathing deeply while you read.

3.)  Do the Harmony Meditation

Write these down and bring these statements with you today.  Repeat them throughout the day to feel and breathe into whatever they bring up in you.  You can change the wording so that it makes more sense with your topic.
