1.) Journal for 15 to 20 minutes
Write a story about how this struggle was actually a gift the entire time (make something up, since we are making it up that it’s a struggle). Example: from the future you, “I realize that I had go through this to show me ____________.”
2.) Go back and read everything you just wrote. Focus on feeling it and breathing deeply while you read.
3.) Do the Harmony Meditation
4.) After you finish with today's assignments, watch the day 22 video.
Write these down and bring these statements with you today. Repeat them throughout the day to feel and breathe into whatever they bring up in you. You can change the wording so that it makes more sense with your topic.
