1.)  Journal for 15 to 20 minutes

If you let go of control in this area, what are the worst case scenarios that your mind has created about what would happen?
What if you gave up working on it or trying to fix it?
What do you think might happen?

2.)  Go back and read everything you just wrote.  Focus on feeling it and breathing deeply while you read.

3.)  Do the Harmony Meditation
